Meredith Consultancy Services is an independant, ethical,  Outsourced Recruitment business run by myself, Lyndsey Meredith. I have 15 years + experience in the recruitment industry working for both small and global businesses across many different sectors. 

For the last 10 years+ I have been self employed running my own Consultancy Business working with "People Centric" businesses across the North West and beyond. All of my clients have one main thing in common. They understand that their staff are the most important factor in the success of their business. 

My Story

When I set up my ethical recruitment business it was because I have a genuine love for what I do, but I hated how I was being made to work as an "agency" recruiter.

I was fighting a tide of bad press from the beginning that the recruitment industry as a whole was self perpetuating. I believed as I still do now; that there was a massive place in the market for independent recruiters doing things properly, ethically and for the right reasons.

In the last 10+ years I do believe that there has been progress within the industry towards a more ethical model- largely due to independent recruiters setting up on their own to work ethically in a job that they love. However, there is still a massive way to go towards increasing trust in the industry.

For me it has never been about the money. Instead I believe in earning a good living to support my family; whilst having a positive impact on my clients by helping them to grow their businesses with the right staff. I will also never tire of changing someone's life by putting them on the right career path to fulfill their career aspirations.
