Who do I work with?
For the last 9 years I have been self employed running my own Consultancy Business working with "People Centric" businesses across the North West and beyond.
I work as your Internal Recruitment Manager. Activities can include setting a recruitment strategy, working alongside hiring managers to put together job and person specs, taking control of the candidate attraction process, managing all communication with candidates, putting together interview schedules, supporting managers with interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
Candidate Attraction (% fee)
My job is to immerse myself within your business attracting staff who not only have the right skills and training but just as important the right culture and values.
I work with you the business owner or hiring manager to ensure that you get exactly what you are looking for. I attract suitable candidates, take them through the interview process and manage the offer process. I also assist with effective on-boarding. All of my candidate attraction work is backed up by an industry leading 6 month guarantee.
I work with businesses with Recruitment & Retention issues to identify why their problems are occuring and put plans in place to turnaround the current situation and ensure that they have a positive future.
I work with micro businesses taking on their first members of staff to guide them through the recruitment process and equip them with the skills to identify, hire and keep their desired members of staff. This can be done with the business owner and/or the member of staff who is responsible for Recruitment within the business.
