Meredith Consultancy Services is run by myself, Lyndsey Meredith.
I have 12 years + experience in the recruitment industry working for both small and global businesses.
For the last 7 years, I have been self-employed as an outsourced Recruitment Manager.
I started my own business in order to provide an excellent service to my clients. Through my work, I work closely with my clients and become an extension of their businesses.
Throughout my career, I have recruited across a multitude of sectors at all levels. I have worked for all sizes of businesses which has equipped me with the knowledge to recruit and advise on all roles within an organisation.
I pride myself on a high number of referrals and repeat business from clients who like my personal and bespoke approach and enjoy getting to know my clients and candidates in person in order to maximise the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
Outside of work I am married to Paul and we have a little girl called Izzy.
